This new CNC machine for metal and some plastics will enable us to meet the needs of a broader range of industries and applications, including producing custom components with complex geometries, curved aspects, or other irregular features.

How CNC Mills Work
Vertical CNC mills produce precision components that match every aspect of your provided PDF drawings or other design specifications. Unlike compression molding or transfer molding, CNC milling is a reductive process where material is removed instead of added. The machining center uses a spindle as tools extend down to make holes, cuts, or carve 3D elements into or from your chosen plastic or metal.
Our new CNC machine can be used to create substrate parts, inserts, and more for use in REDCO’s rubber roller assemblies and custom rubber roller manufacturing, rubber to metal bonding, or other high-quality manufacturing services.
