Printing & Graphic Arts Rollers
Printing and graphic arts rollers are used in many applications that require high-volume capabilities, the ability to apply several colors in one image, and highly efficient operations. While printing rollers need more time to change and can cost more than other equipment, their versatile capabilities, quick outputs, and flexible capacities more than make up for the spent time or resources.
Whether your roller printing application utilizes conventional, UV, or hybrid inks, REDCO offers custom roller manufacturing services to meet your unique needs. Our team will work with you to develop printing rollers that deliver the perfect balance of performance, efficiency, and durability. We provide superior products, unrivaled customer service, and highly competitive pricing.

Graphic Arts Rollers to Apply Any Ink
Which rubber material is best for your printing job will depend on the type of ink applied. REDCO can manufacture graphic arts rollers to print conventional ink, UV ink, and hybrid ink.
- Conventional ink is made of evaporative solvents, pigments, and binders. It needs heat to dry. It is most often used with NBR rubber printing rollers.
- UV ink comprises pigments, binders, and a photo initiator and must be exposed to light to cure. It is commonly applied with graphic arts rollers made from EPDM rubber.
- Hybrid ink, as implied by the name, is a hybrid made from multiple inks to produce various effects and characteristics. Many hybrid ink blends are available to produce different effects.
Uses for Printing Rollers & Graphic Arts Rollers
