Rubber Extrusion Materials

REDCO works with a broad range of materials, including neoprene, silicone, natural rubber, nitrile rubber, SBR, and EPDM. We offer a number of FDA-approved thermoset elastomers, as well as commercial- and specification-grade materials.

We also create custom rubber compounds in-house to provide materials that meet your unique physical requirements.

Additional Capabilities

We can cut and coil or spool rubber extrusions to specific lengths. We can add pressure sensitive adhesives, as needed. We can also splice your rubber extrusion profiles to produce custom rubber gaskets that match your specifications.
