REDCO manufactures its own steelrule dies, and has laser die availability. REDCO manufactures gaskets from a variety of materials, including rubber, plastics, foam, cork, felt, sponge, Teflon®, polycarbonate, vegetable fiber, Mylar®, fishpaper, leather, silicone, non-asbestos sheeting, and others.REDCO specializes in applied pressure sensitive adhesives and kiss cutting. We specialize in making recommendations at the drawing board level that result in a precision product:

Foam Fabricating
REDCO'S product line of flexible plastic foams, includes polyester, polyether, polystyrene, polyethylene as well as filter foam, and all available with or without pressure sensitive adhesives.
They can be die cut, saw cut, kiss cut, or laminated to plastic or sheet metal. We can meet UL94 specifications along with other customer requirements.
